A Doula (pronounced: DOO-luh) supports the mother and household through pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum recovery. Changing the ideal of birthing one pregnancy at a time by offering one-on-one Doula services for the mom-to-be and her support team. I support, educate, & guide the mother non-judgmentally in the privacy of her home as well as hands-on support throughout her labor, delivery, and postpartum stages at the birth site of her choice. As I Certified Doula through the International Doula Institute I believe that the disparities of birth and postpartum depression will decrease by giving undivided attention to the mother-to-be.
