HER-VS-THEM: Is this the 1920's? Roe vs Wade Reaction

It's 2022 people! I'm not shocked about any decisions within the government that are not for the people as a whole. Time and time again history repeats itself. Since the pandemic, I'm seeing a wave of more and more people wanting their freedom, to be able to make the best decisions for their circumstances and situations.

Unless you live under a rock, we've all heard by now of the US Supreme Court overturning the Row vs Wade case from the 1970's. The Supreme Court is leaving abortion laws up to each individual state. You may think that's not so bad. Try telling that to the "Hers" in a state that's been fighting for eons to have legalized safe abortions like the other states have been doing. "Hers" in states who have safe legal abortions, they're nervous about the changes that could be made which, may not be in "Hers" favor.

How are we called "The United States" when no states are uniting or even have equal laws. Its like they can do whatever! When it comes to the human body, all states should have no right to decide. Let that person or guardian decide what needs to happen. "The United States" job is to make sure that any procedures dealing with the human body, that there are trained professionals accessible in each state equally to honor that person's wishes.

But as we know, somethings fall on deaf ears even after all the hollering and screaming! I'm here to tell you to save your energy! Instead of combating, use your energy to write bills, get signatures or start groups. Bind together to advocate of what the "Hers" need in order to function properly in this forever evolving society.

The time is now. Someone's being raped every 1-2 minutes and, 94% of "Hers" will experience Post Traumatic Stress Disorder because of it. This abuse causes 33% of "Hers" to want to commit suicide. It's time for the "Hers" to get together and help each other. Take each other to the doctors, speak up for each other when we see an issue that takes "Hers" rights away. Ban together as "Hers" to lead and protect the children (ages 16-19 high victims) and adults from being abused and mistreated.

It doesn't take much to support. Support can be a great referral, a ride, encouraging words, a hug, or just listening. Be prepared and look up your county's best help organizations that has a track record of helping those in need. Get a variety of telephone numbers, websites, social media sites, bloggers, YouTubers...to pass on to the "Hers" when needed. I'll keep this post updated with help info below.

According to the CDC, 3 million "Hers" in their lifetime had an abortion because of rape. 20% of "Hers" say they have been raped by an intimate partner trying to get "Hers" pregnant. Yes, men trap women too! While 23% of "Hers" experienced a male refusing to wear a condom. Bring the percentages up a bit in your mind since all "Hers" are not included in these numbers.

If you see something, just don't ignore it, do something. Sometimes it can be tricky dealing with the Police, CPS and others alike. Its 2022, there are new organizations around locally & nationally that will help you navigate the process without causing drama for you and for the "Hers". Don't think you are alone and you can be anonymous. To make change we have to be the change.
